Small but impressive gift shop and information center. They also have a great selection of books, covering mostly nature, discoveries, and exploration. John Muir, Jack London, and many more can be found here. When you come along the way, stop here to get some food for your brain. Keep up the great work!
That's the place where you can find information about the lake, area, and more. Nice people to talk too. Books, maps, brochures and souvenirs are available.
Very helpful staff and plenty of cute souvenirs
Great little gift shop, bookstore and information center. Gallery exhibit, movie and history of lake. Lots of hand crafted items and huge selection of books. Nice people. Tours at tufa site on weekends. Only place open in town in winter that is open for gifts. Nice little stop!
Great idea, hard working staff, awesome bookstore, but can’t seem to do the one thing they are there to do- keep the water IN the lake and OUT of Los Angeles’ toilets.
