made an appointment online to get a flu shot here. still had to wait 40 minutes because the pharmacy techs could not figure out how to process our info, which I had already entered when I made the appointment online. what I thought would be a quick and easy errand was actually a nightmare of incompetence.
Traveling through Oakhurst on vacation, we found that we had left home without some critical medication. Carol and Abyna went out of their way to contact our pharmacy and get the prescription transferred and filled promptly. Very impressive service!!
I called to see if they carried an item...was on hold a while, but they kept checking back..said we haven't forgotten about you. They do no carry the item I want but they were polite on the phone.
Staff is always polite and helpful:) the new remodel is very nice and everyone is quick to help locate items:)
Terrible and conflicting prescription information. I'd recommend any other pharmacy in town.
