I recently did a kitchen and a bath remodeling project with Progressive Builders. The scope of work involved replacing the bathroom vanity, installing cabinets, customized counter top fabrication, wall mirror installation, etc. Progressive Builders had illustrated their attention to detail, quality and safety on a number of occasions. Eric strives for the highest customer satisfaction. In addition, he has been exceptionally accommodating when dealing with unforeseen conditions and issues. What I appreciated most about Progressive Builders was their responsiveness. I never waited more than a few minutes to hear back from Eric. We highly recommend Progressive Builders and crew. Look forward to working with them again!
Eric helped us plan and design, and then carried out the total transformation of our master bathroom. This carpentry, plumbing, electrical, marble tile, installation, drywall, painting, bathtub installation etc. Eric and his crew were wonderful to work with, professional, detail-oriented, on time, and considerate. Everyone really listened and responded quickly. We love the end result -- gorgeous, restful, luxurious, well-crafted -- and liked working with Eric and his crew so much that we didn't consider hiring anyone else when we had a water leak in a different part of our house and required more extensive work, which he's undertaking now. Beautiful work, great communication, and excellent prices. Very highly recommended.
We're in the beginning stages of a major bathroom remodel project. Eric is our project manager and he has a warm, friendly manner. He offers expert guidance to high quality places to order everything from tile/stone to fixtures. In fact, he came with us to several stores/showrooms so we could have advice on materials, costs, and the pros/cons of various options. He has provided all the various professionals for the project, including a designer, foreman, electricians, and plumbers. Everyone has been knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to the rest of the project. Great job.
Eric and team remodeled the kitchen for us recently. We were especially concerned that we could maintain some of the historical character of the house, while also creating a modern and fully functional kitchen. The end result was absolutely fabulous - an innovative approach allowed us to keep the original windows and wainscoting, and to utilize several pockets of space that had previously been walled over. We did not desire an overhead vent hood, and yet the range that we chose didn't immediately lend itself to a downdraft vent. We were particularly pleased that the crew adhered very closely to the budget and schedule, coming in a bit under on both fronts. Finally, it was a delight to work with the entire team - from designers, to office staff, to the foreman and the workers, everyone was very personable and cooperative. We would heartily recommend Progressive Builders for any home remodelingn need.
We have finally finished our forever home with Progressive Builders. As with everyone else, we started out talking to many custom home builders until we finally decided on Progressive Builders. It was their unmatched customer service and know-how of the home building process. The Project Manager, Eric was very knowledgeable about home building. Whole process went flawless. They are the dynamic duo, absolutely the best!!! From the first time they scrapped the dirt to start putting up all the boards for the foundation, to the very end, of adding caulking to the edges to seal the cooktop...they were with us. We knew about every single step in the process and Progressive Builders was with us, helping, suggesting, correcting. Eric made us feel like this was his home. Thank you so much Eric and team for our dream home.
