I just called them to inquire about their availability and location, the person was mumbling to begin with -I could not understand him very well. Then I asked him my question again and he hung up on me. I called back 5 mins later and asked for the Manager. He said he was the manager and so I told him I called five minutes ago why was I hung up on this is a bad service to start up with. He responded “that doesn’t justify bad service”. Really??? Is that how you really treat your upcoming guests? Never booking with you!

Stayed here from Thursday through Tuesday right after Labor Day. We have been here 5 times before and really think it deserves the 5 stars because you get alot for the price 1) it's SO clean. 2) beds are comfortable. 3) heated pool on weekend AFTER Labor Day. 4) Your own balcony ( we enjoy 2nd or 3rd floor facing 13th green 5) the grounds are so well maintained & you can stroll down past a lovely garden on a path to the inlet/pond. 6) there's a great seafood restaurant next door Venice and normally you can go up to the Sky Bar for drinks and see great views. (Sky Bar closed during Covid). 7) The owners are always available to greet you. DID I MENTION THIS PLACE IS IMMACULATE!

This place is a joke! Made a reservation for the 3 day holiday weekend, got to the hotel which I was splitting with my friends. I paid for the first night to keep the room on hold and the gentleman at the desk said at check out that we would be able to split the rest. On Sunday check out day my account was charged for the remaining balance and the gentleman at the desk assured me my account would be credited which than it wasn’t and I had to file a dispute with my bank against them. They also charge $100 deposit for a beach pass which again was another charge to my account that wasn’t refunded. When calling to explain this I was hung up on 3x and told there was nothing he can do just call my bank. The fridge was frozen solid and we had to put it out to thaw out. The blow dryer didn’t work. And there looked to be a huge stain on our bed sham. We complained at check out and nothing was acknowledged and no apology was given. This place is a joke and I would never spend money again to go there. The owner rides around in his scooter yelling at everyone. It is not handicapped accessible and there are not elevators. These owners clearly don’t care about there hotel but care to over charge people and not care about there customers! I would highly suggest you NEVER stay here!

I cant even give it a star. The hotel wrongly charged my credit card for a canceled reservation and refused to refund me. Manager hung up on me several times and was very rude. I understand that mistakes happen but there is no need for rudeness.

Stayed here several yrs..yes no 5 star but always clean & staff accommodating, not this go around!nChecked in to a room infested w/flies, No working phone, screen fell deck AND every pool chair was cracked n broken.nStaff did nothing to make anything right. Man at check out was rude .nI will never go back!
