Since I have been coming here for many years the amenities have consistently been on the decline. On this visit as last year's visit I could smell mold. I showed the staff and asked for it to be cleaned up. Last year it was. This year it was not. I don't like breathing mold. It's not healthy for us. It makes us have difficulty breathing. So I am not happy with my stay here. I notified the help they called the manager Jim and he said to them to clean the tub out with their soap they're all purpose cleaner. They handed me a bottle of Tilex as I requested so I could spray under the tub and the dark patch of mold at the ceiling. I am considering calling the Board of Health.

My family and I have been coming here since I was about 9-10 years old, we LOVE IT. The pool is always the perfect temperature, the bathrooms are always clean, the outdoor showers are amazing. The private beach is amazing as well! I have zero complaints and highly recommend this place to families.

We have stayed at this resort twice now. The positives are that the resort has a pool and grants access to the beach. The beach is a short walk from the resort. It also has a laundry room on site, but does require change to use it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room themselves are fine. The negatives are that it is an older resort, so the beds in the rooms are not very comfortable, the rooms aren't as clean as they could be, and some of the rooms have visible aging or damage. Overall, the resort is nice, but it does need some updating.

This is a beach side hotel and I love it! It may not have ocean view but it’s very close to the beach and that’s what it’s all about for me. The staff is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We no longer have a jacuzzi in our room but we now have an extra bathroom...again for me it’s all about proximity to the beach and Rhode Island hospitality. Great stateud83dudc4dud83cudffc

It was a very short walk to the beach. The inside was clean, well furnished and well stocked in the kitchen. It was disappointing that there was no hot tub, but that's okay as there was a jetted tub in the bedroom upstairs.. It's proximity to the ocean and all the great little towns in South county was perfect. There were a few tiny little issues that needed to be dealt with, and the office came right out and fixed them. One was a non-working DVD player and it was switched out immediately. The bed was comfortable. The sleeper couch, well it was a sleeper couch! I have yet to find one that's totally very comfortable.
