nice facilities and staff, spacious & clean, decent location, very noisyn...nlow ceilings, paper thin walls, and adjoining doors mean you can hear every footfall, drawer close, dog bark, baby cry, television playing, once a yawn (no kidding)n...nthe positioning of the courtyard is also especially unfortunate because even when people were talking down there at a fairly reasonable volume, we could hear them on the third floor up. one night especially some gentlemen were up late talking and even with my white noise machine, I could hear every word. the acoustics are such that they really need to close the courtyard after about 10 pmn...nI don’t expect total silence in a hotel, but I’ve never experienced such thin walls and poor acoustics quite as bad as this one. That’s a shame because otherwise we had a great experience but if you’re sensitive to a quiet atmosphere, this is not the place for you.
I was recommended by a co worked to stay at this chain. Booking was a breeze the woman who answered was so helpful giving us the best deal after two bedroom suites were booked. We were thrilled with accommodations. The place is beautiful. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Best vacation during covid we could of asked for. I can’t say enough good things we were so happy with every aspect of our stay will definitely be back soon
Got a 2 bedroom suite with my parents and I had a good experience. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend going here 10/10
Got a clean 2 bedroom suite. Perfect price and location to the beach and other fun places in Newport. Would definitely recommend!
The staff were great and extremely accommodable.
