Excellent customer service day and night. I came to the hotel late at night in a pinch and John was there awake and ready to provide the most exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable about newport and was able to point my tourist experience in the right direction. In the morning I woke up to Loraiana who also was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to accommodate my needs to the fullest extent. Thank You Guys!!!
The stay here was terrible...the room smelled of cigarette smoke really bad. Took a hot tub only high worked low was broken, tv remote only turned the tv on had to get up to turn it up and shut it off. Pillows were like sleeping on nothing...it was extremely loud hearing doors slamming and yelling past 1:30 in the AM and noise started again before 6. One of the worst stays in a hotel I have ever had. The stay gets zero stars.
Nice place, small jacuzzi in the suite. Not bad for the price
Pool was open, rooms are clean & had an odd space (I can only assume was a porch turned into room). There were tight entrances to the rooms so the bag cart would not fit. Breakfast in a bag & coffee. Good place
Really nice I slept better there than I do in my own bed. I think it was the pillow I need to know what kind of pillows they are and where I can buy them.
