The room was trendy and spacious. The decor was warm and inviting. The rate was very budget friendly, and the location was centrally located. Very close to downtown Newport without the rate hike. I would stay again for certain.

Great property near local park and dog run. Recently refurbished, very clean with a very professional and competent staff with good Covid protocols. Perfect location with plenty of nearby shopping and food choices and easy proximity to all Newport attractions. Attractive, well appointed rooms with nice fridge freezer and micowave and Xtra sink outside the bathroom. Dog friendly, convenient parking, outdoor patio w/ ground floor rooms. Hidden gem! Don't be put off by Howard Johnson name.
