Staff was friendly. Good baked muffins and cookies. Within walking distance to all the shops and the wharfs. Our room was a little cramped. It was a split room. The bathroom was really small. There was nowhere really to just sit in your room. Was pretty cramped. It is a nice place.
This is the cutest inn. It was clean, Ryan the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Sharon the manager was also so nice and we enjoyed a muffin with fresh coffee in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Rhode Island thank you for making our stay a pleasure.
Stayed here for a few days in September. This hotel is centrally located to everything you want to do in the area. I tend to favor smaller hotels, and avoid larger chains.
Great historic building. You get to enjoy some tradition in the Newport Historic District of which this is a part. Roosevelt Park and the main square is just a block down. The historic part of preserved Newport is all around you. Great experience!
We loved staying in Solitary confinement! Tucked away downstairs, the closet door is actually the door from the original safe where they stored the guns. Very cool. Hotel is very quaint and cozy, staff is very friendly. Loved it.
