Staff was very professional and inviting room was nice and clean plenty of linens towels ect. Right next to large shopping center and bus stops if you want to get adventurous and see the local scene! All in all of definitely recommended for anyone looking to see Newport on a budget
Great stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly is fantastic. Nice hot showers. Well run establishment. We'll be back.

It would be NO STARS, if I could select it.nWe rejected the room outright and went elsewhere.nToilet paper roll was almost empty, the bathroom faucet was very loose, with water pressure almost non-existent.nThe overall look of the room is severely lacking in appeal, with walls that are paper thin in that you can hear everything going on next door. The tub needs major renovation.nLots of other people around, who don’t look like tourists, and they charge confiscatory rates “in season” for the tourists that come to town.nAvoid this place at all costs.nThe other reviews that give negative reviews are spot on!nThe comments about drug use and other nefarious behaviors being written about are cause for concern too.nThe responses by the owners, “apologizing” for the unhappy reviews are fluff, and not substantive! Actions speak louder then words!
The location was good with nearby shopping centers and restaurants. The room was well-maintained and clean.
