The staff is phenomenal and the lobby is gorgeous, but the rooms were just not in very good condition, and there was trash left over from the previous occupants. Small walk from the comissary and right next door to the fitness center makes it a great location on base though.

Horrible customer service, outdated amenities, inoperable internet, and cleanliness issues that do not help during this pandemic. I now know why we are embarrassed to house foreign military officials in the Chalet.

Clean, nice rooms, and staff was awesome. Stayed for a month, no issues. Great areas to walk around on base, commissary and NEX have the basics you need.

Lobby is being redone, with concrete floor visible. Yet, there was no further work being done while I was there.nThe rooms could use some attention, but usable.

Awesome place! Very accommodating staff. Very clean hotel. Only 1 handicap parking spot. Additional parking spaces are within a very short walking distance. Short drive to comissary, Navy Fed, etc. Your on your own for breakfast.
