Buyers/Renters Beware. Office is a little sketchy. Everyone lacks communication, and they will tell you one thing, and the next day say another. Also they won’t remember exactly what they tell you so ask for documentation once they tell you anything.nnIf you plan on doing business I suggest calling constantly to get anything done. Getting information is like pulling teeth and they are very vague.nnThe only time we’ve gotten a sure and straight answer is when speaking to the property Manager Luke. Who is very nice and personable, and doesn’t play games.nnWe’ve been approved, and on the wait list since February. We told the staff exactly what we were looking for a 3br 2bath double wide. We were told we were first on the list for first pick. Now apparently that wasn’t the case. Now the place we were interested in, or just a place in general, is not guaranteed. Even though they told us it would be, because we were approved. We viewed one place, but it was way too small for what we were looking for. Every time they tell you they’ll call, they don’t. We’re going to give them a couple more weeks and if nothing changes we will have to look somewhere else.nnWhen you go in ask for Luke, otherwise don’t bother.nnUpdate: Spoke with Luke and Casey today. While the other place is now occupied. I’m hoping they follow through with what we discussed today about getting the lot across the street with the same model.nnI just wish they would communicate better. Don’t tell someone you have first pick if they don’t. Explain that there is a wait list and regularly update those people so they are not left in the dark.

I think Luke is the nicest management person I have talked to on the phone I think he is amazing . Explains things very well and very accurate. And I think the prices that we discussed was very reasonable. I think it would be amazing place to live

It's a nice neighborhood. Not alot of noise, most people are pretty nice and the park is clean-ish

Lived here 4 years The neighborhood is nice there’s a pool to park the basketball court. Management is pretty good. Everyone is federally background check before they move in so it’s not a dangerous neighborhood

I can not wait to break our lease with this place. EVERY TIME we have a maintenance request that say they'll be here in x amount of time, they're working on it, blah blah blah, and I just get the run around. Tired of being a member in this community for 3 years and receiving no real help and they go up in rent every year. Take a look at what we are currently dealing....kids can't shower or use the bathroom...neither can we smfh
