Sometimes it can be hard to get an associate to come your way but that's because they focus on one customer at a time and are very personable, and once they get to you, you receive amazing customer service. If i ever have to return something im always helped quickly and without question they always do everything they can to make the experience better for the customer. Scheels is an amazing retailer to shop at for any and all sports and other needs. I can't say the same for all scheels but I particularly love our location here in rapid city. Great team! Thank you!

We were traveling and stopped at Scheels in Rapid City. My husband was buying hunting gear. I remembered I had an issue with my Garmin watch ( little over a year old) not charging. Seemed like connection was not working. I wanted to buy another cord possibly or get sales staff opinion on device. I love this product. WOW! Sales staff went above and beyond. Long story short, I got a new watch and just paid the difference. So unexpected and just proves how things can work out with a little honesty. Great store great people. I can’t remember the guys name but he was amazing. What a surprise. And yes, we bought a bunch of hunting gear. Thanks for an amazing experience.

The first time we went the customer service was amazing..we decided to go again and purchase some other items. The customer service this time was horrid and very unacceptable.nMaybe some of your associates should not judge people by their appearance. Our money stills spends the same.nVery disappointed.

Had a great experience in scheels and that was the first time I was in one. And Tom McConnell was very helpful with anything I needed. And def helped with picking out a great hiking pack.
