Called Best Exteriors on a Sunday for an ice/snow dam on the roof, and started to leak inside. Drew the owner was great on the phone and actually came to my house to work on the roof. Drew was professional, courteous, and best of all honest! Was upfront about what needed done and what could be done in the future to prevent more dams in the future. Appreciated the honesty and help Drew provided on a Sunday afternoon. We will be doing business with Best Exteriors in the spring! Great Company!
I used an app on my phone to see if I could find a contractor who would check on a gutter issue likely responsible for causing some damage to a house I am considering buying. I’m not from the area, so I really did not know where to turn. Within minutes, I was contacted by Drew, the President of Best Exteriors, Inc., who offered to go over within the hour and look at it. And this was on a Saturday! After inspecting the situation, he called me with the details and gave me the options to correct the problem. He also sent a dozen photographs to show me exactly what the problem was.nI’m very happy with Drew’s promptness, knowledge, thoroughness, communications, and honesty. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He really was a breath of fresh air in the world of customer service. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Great job! Thank you!
Drew and Best Exteriors were great to work with, they recently completed some gutter work for me. Their communication was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. I have an older house and they were able to provide a cost effective repair without recommending unneeded work. I feel that they were very competent and provided a fair price. I intend to have windows replaced by them in the future.
Drew is a great communicator and gets back to you almost immediately with pricing and answers to your questions. He is very knowledgeable yet very down to earth. I would use his expertise and service again in a heartbeat. His pricing is also very competitive. Overall a great experience!
What can I say, my experience with Drew was extremely positive; his honesty and knowledge won me over. He took the time to inspect every inch of my roof inside and out. His communication skills are top notch; he takes his business very serious and will go above and beyond to ensure you are 100% satisfied with his services. His team was quick, keep the job site tidy, cleared all debris from my yard and my neighbors (houses are like 5 ft apart) and did a fantastic job replacing my roof.
