Columbus Windows and Siding just installed three new windows for us. I cannot attest to the quality yet as it has only been a couple days but they do seem like they a very well made windows based on what I saw from the example window which Doug showed me when he gave me the initial quote.nnDoug was very to the point once I told him what I was looking for based on my past experiences having windows installed. No long presentations or sales pitches, which I appreciate. His price was comparable to 3 of the 4 other companies (1 was way higher than the rest) I received quotes from, which was good. He was a likeable guy and very professional which is why I went with CWSC. Doug told me ahead of time that they were very busy and to expect 8-10 weeks before install, which was fine with us. I think it ended up being about 10 weeks.nnI was not home during most of the install but did get to meet one of the installers at the end. He was very nice and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, leaving no trace of their work. The windows look nice and look they are properly installed.nnAll in all, a good experience from the time Doug came over and gave me a quote to the moment a I paid the remainder of the balance. I would recommended Columbus Windows and Siding to anyone!
Quality work priced right. Easy to work with, great color choices. Our house looks amazing, they went above and beyond to make our experience good.
Doug was fantastic to work with, he kept me updated every step of the way and did a great job repairing my siding. Him and his partner were quick and efficient. I would recommend them. Great pricing as well.
Doug #1 & Doug #2 were great. They communicated well with us throughout the whole project. The install took 2 days, and they cleaned up everything beautifully. Thankful to have found a local, affordable, & responsive company!
Needed complete siding along with gutters, received a handful of quotes but Doug w/ Columbus Windows and Siding nailed it. Very professional, knew exactly what I wanted and the house needed. He never pushed but kept in touch, as it took me a couple of months to get things in order. Once I did he had the job complete in about 2 weeks time, amazing. They also provided regular updates and pictures of the progress, as I was not on site. House looks great, they will be getting my business in the future, highly recommend.
