This Company was different from day 1. We got several bids to replace our roof after some leaking following a thunderstorm. They were the way better than the others, who didn't even want to call the insurance company . US Restoration worked directly with my insurance carrier and took are of everything. They were literally on the roof with the adjuster to make sure everything went smoothly. They also worked with me on a payment plan for the deductible, and gave me a very fair deal. I'm glad I found them, for sure.
This company is fantastic. They fixed my home from a recent hailstorm! They were highly recommended by my insurance company. We had a $48,000 claim. We got a new roof, all new siding, new gutters and my entire screen porch redone and stained. They did all my neighbors homes too. They got my mother a new roof and siding from a hailstorm too!
Dealing with US Restoration and Remodeling was a great experience. They handled everything from start to Finish. I would highly recommend them, in the Future. Great Company!!
We had our siding done by this company. I have never been so disappointed in a company before. They do not keep their word and are VERY unprofessional. I have never had such a negative experience with a company. Hiring this company was a BIG mistake!
