I never write reviews for anything ever but a few employees have consistently go above and beyond and go the extra mile or out of their way. Tasha goes the extra mile and asks if I need towels, soap etc, instead of just giving me what I ask for. Demetrius will always stop and acknowledge me even if I’m just walking by and asks how I’m doing. When my key wouldn’t work at 2am and he had to wake up and help he was super nice and even asked if there’s something else I need he happily went and got me towels. It’s the extra step that they don’t have to ask or do they have and that’s made my stay that much more great.
