They need signs of where the elevators are located

I’ve stayed here for 5 weeks due to work. My dog has stayed with me that entire time too. Small pet fee compared to a lot of other places in the area. The staff here is amazing. I wish I got the name of my favorite front desk person, but they’re all really awesome people. They take care of anything you need exceedingly quickly. Even during this pandemic they’ve held it down here. They’ve got some snacks and frozen meals behind the front desk as well at reasonable prices. My stay is coming to a close but I know where I’ll stay if I find myself working in this part of Columbus again.

Stayed for a couple of days only looking for a place to quietly stay. Pros: hallways and rooms are clean, have a good size TV and housekeeping does job properly. Cons: room curtains don't slide off to provide shade(*don't know who had the brilliant idea of buying sort of awful model ).*** Please management correct this asap!!!. It is advertised free breakfast, but it is actually sold for $9 and only fruits and bread, not even omelet, some protein, crepes, croissants, etc that can basically be provided. Not going to stay again, specially with so many hotels within the area.

Wouldn't stay here again. I'm not too picky, I stay in cheap hotels a lot. The pros for this place are that it's pretty clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The cons are big though, the AC unit is loud and on the sixth floor our curtains didn't move so there was only the sheer ones across the window and they let all the light in. Night check in person was not friendly. Didn't tell us when check out was. Breakfast is $9 and over at 9am we skipped that. There was a hole in the bathroom door not see through but still, and I think I smelled weed. I also found a piece of a blue rubber glove in the bed. Would not stay again. Tons of other hotels around them.

I tried calling to ask for an early check-in 2 days before my stay and was told to call back the next day or the morning of my reservation. I called each time they said: Saturday, Sunday at 8-9 am, Sunday at noon and each time had to wait anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour just to talk to someone. I understand they’re busy but it's frustrating to call, wait on hold forever, then have a person tell you to call at a certain time but when we did another person says no, call at this time. In the end couldn't even reach a person to ask a simple two second question.nnCheck-in was smooth and luckily we were able to get settled in half-hour earlier than regular check in for an event. I only had time to change and leave so I didn't notice how dirty the room actually was until the morning after. The room wasn't clean despite having the seal of the room being cleaned and no one had entered since the housekeeper had left. Neither of me or boyfriend had used toothpaste similar to the one we found dried in the sink with hair (not mine, nor my boyfriends) in it. A small sticky mess on the desk that would've come off if it was wiped down, and a brown hair tie sitting behind the tissues (I use black hair ties) were present too. I was disappointed I didn't notice before and grossed out I had slept in the bed that probably was not switched or washed from the previous guest(s). Luckily I got the room with a discount and yes, even though I'm on a budget we still deserved a clean room that was sanitized.nnI booked this because of it's great reviews most noting the rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and great location. I'm now weary of a future Hilton stay. I tried my best to have a covid safe overnight trip for a wedding, being my only long-distance travel since the pandemic I was really hoping for a sanitized and safe stay. I am sad this wasn't my experience.
