Probably my favorite Hyatt Place in the country (stayed here at least 20 times). Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and the best free breakfast (during normal times) of any hotel I've ever stayed at! Can't get enough of the homemade corned beef hash!nnOne small issue I've had was the old mag strip card readers on the rooms, but I believe those are being redone with new RFID card readers! Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in the area.

The inside is very clean and well put together. The rooms are actually pretty small and have a awkward set up. The “kitchen” area was really small and the bathroom was a tight fit. For such a high price I could have just booked through my membership with extended stay for better price and more size

First room had dead bugs all over the linens from the AC system and our room had to be changed. We had to go to the desk and get the key instead of it being brought to us. When asked for extra fresh linens we were told to come to the front desk and get it because they were busy and couldn’t spare the staff! I would expect this at a Holiday Inn but I suppose I need to book the Hilton or LeVeque for linen service. Beyond that the rooms are small for a Hyatt and arranged strangely with extra small bathrooms. You can barely get in and close the door. The washroom sink is in front of the beds which makes for an unpleasant experience if the other person in your party wants to wash their hands while you are sleeping. There are no microwaves in the suites which makes for a lovely trip to the lobby if you plan to any food from your day. They could do much better. This hotel reflects poorly on the brand.

I arrived late in the evening and Jason at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check in. He was still there in the morning to greet me with a smile for breakfast before his shift ended. This is a nice quiet and comfy hotel for the price. I will stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Great place to go if you need to get away.
