Great stay. Room was separated into a living room and bedroom space which was nice. Very pet friendly. Breakfast was simple microwave style for now (remodeling dining area) but got it without a problem. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Will use for future visits to Columbus.
Staff was very nice and helpful. The location and overall value for the money is good, too. My room was very clean, but in need of some updates. They are in the midst of what appears to be some remodeling in the lobby are. Pets are welcome and the $25 fee reasonable!
Old and no one wearing masks
Location was good. Near lots of stores and restaurants. Parking may come up lacking, but nothing major. I only stayed a night and am a fairly frequent hotel user. Everything was clean and ac/heat worked well. Bed was nice and there was low neighbor/traffic noise. Prices may vary based on demand but overall I see no real problems, of you're just looking for a rest. 4 stars, only since that seems to be par for ratings. If I needed too, I'd have no hesitation going again
I am very disappointed. I’ve stayed at some really nice Holiday Inn Express hotels and after this experience will not be staying in one again. The front desk person was no where to be found. After finally getting checked in, our room smelled as if it had been smoked in. I have asthma so we requested to move. My husband and I were then moved to a different room which smelled musty and had a barking dog in the room next door. The hotel is in major need of a facelift as well. We immediately left and booked a room across the street for a more enjoyable experience.
