Room not cleaned, left crew left rag's in room; Nasty tub; switched room with curtains that don't close; Jolly Green Giant- Jack & the Bean Stalk above me stompin' in slow motion across the floor starting at 1230am; strained lamp shade, shattered glass toilet paper...BUT the front desk guy was so sweet and nice. Only because he was the best at hospitality I did not really go in and call corporate. He tried to accommodate best he could and I appreciate him for that.

Pretty standard experience of a hotel. I was there for business so I stayed for two weeks in my room. There was a hole in our wall caused by the door swinging into it when you open it which had clearly been patched up before with no door stopper. They offered to move us to a different room but it wasn’t a big deal to us, they documented it so we wouldn’t get charger. The WiFi didn’t work well, especially on my phone and I would have to constantly re log into the WiFi even if I had not left the room. The staff was very polite end helpful and they have decent coffee for a hotel. The bedding was really soft and comfortable but I’m pretty sure the heating/cooling unit didn’t really do anything in our room. Also even being on the third floor our windows opened all the way and had no screen in them. I had never been in a standard hotel where the windows actually opened all the way so just a little unusual to me. Otherwise you get about what you expect out of the hotel.

The people were all nice, would have liked a daily exchange of towels, the air filter on the heating unit needed cleaned,

The room was dirty and dated with loose outlets and the fire signal/alarm hanging off of the ceiling and smelled like cigarette smoke. The neighbors were loud with an extremely loud TV and the weed smell was coming in through the adjoining door. The parking lot was ice when we arrived that night and still ice when we had departed in the morning. The parking lot only has 1 way in or out so if you have a trailer you better look elsewhere
