Clean. Affordable. Nice folksnnBeds are TERRIBLE!!!nnThey are hard as a rock and I could feel every spring in the mattress !!! Bring and extra comfy sleeping mat if you want to get any sleep
I am not impressed. We tried to get a room here last night and based on the number of vehicles I saw in the parking lot, the hotel was at less than half capacity. From the lobby I had to contact the receptionist via phone and was told that the cleaning staff did not show up that day and all the rooms that were clean had already been booked.
I stayed at this hotel for the weekend (1/15-1/17) with a friend of mine. We both left with bug bites. They definitely look like flea bites. When I called to let them know (I wasn’t looking for a refund or anything, just letting them know so they could resolve the issue), the person I spoke with, who I can only assume is the manager, got an attitude with me. She asked why I didn’t call yesterday after I checked out (I live in Southern West Virginia, I had a drive ahead of me). She told me there was nothing she could do because no other guests had complained and I must have gotten them from my own house (most definitely not the case. They didn’t show up until we got there and my friend doesn’t live with me). We will NOT be staying there again and honestly it’s not even because of the bites, it’s more because of the customer service and the way the situation was handled. I will be contacting the health department.
Wonderful, very comfortable beds, needed room due to snow storm during travel, very accommodating
It's a cheap place to stay, I wouldn't say the nicest, or cleanest, but for almost half price the one on the highway. Not the worst
