We came for our anniversary, just the two of us, and the cabin was absolutely amazing. I have incredibly severe allergies to artificial fragrance and cleaners. They went above and beyond to be sure that my condition was not triggered upon arrival. The cabin was immaculate & spotless, and they made sure to use only natural products that would not cause me a reaction. The cabin was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. It was private, restful and SO romantic! We WILL be returning. We come to Hocking Hills multiple times every year and this was by far the BEST cabin we have stayed in. We will be using Valley View Cabins for all our future stays
Have stayed twice now. Great customer service and very responsive to questions. Amazing properties, very homey and great ambience and views. I would definitely return again and recommend.
These owners are very ignorant and selfish. I booked a cabin in July of 2014. The cabin was very dirty, and it was very obvious that they don’t take cleaning seriously! I called the owner regarding an issue with the hot tub, nobody ever showed up once to solve the issue. I then asked for a refund and never received anything. Overall, I would not recommend this business as the owners suck and have horrible customer service!
Absolutely love Valley View Cabins. I bring the wife or the whole family once or twice a year for quick getaways. They're the best.
Karen and Eric have a fantastic thing going with Valley View Cabins. We stayed in the Sunrise Retreat with many of my husband's family members immediately following our wedding. The cabin was so spacious and decorated as needed. The only thing I would suggest would be extra blankets! It was chilly the nights we stayed. But maybe that was just me! The fire pit and hot tub were both hits and everyone loved the feeling of seclusion. We are already planning our first anniversary next October and are 100% thinking Valley View Cabins!
