I’ve done my research on this park and I can tell you that some false info has been given as far as reviews. This is a great community that takes pride in the way their park looks as well as the residents. First off young people are welcomed here just as anyone else. Secondly .. the late fee is $40 that is applied on the 8th of the month. That’s a good grace period if you ask me. People that complain are the ones that do not want to mow, take care of th outside of their homes, do not want to obtain home owner’s insurance, or simply don’t want to pay their rent. Why would you not want to insure your home. It’s cheap! As far as maintenance. There has never been a problem. Maintenance is great here! Friendly, helpful, and if they don’t answer they always call you back and certainly they do not enter homes of their Rentals without permission. Lastly. You’re only charged for things that are your responsibility. If you’re a homeowner then, sure you have MORE responsibilities. This place has nothing but good intentions and plans for this community in the future from what I’ve seen. Management is friendly and helpful!

If I could rate zero stars I would. I 10/10 do not recommend anyone to live here. I have had nothing but problems with them. If you are young and looking for your first home do not move you or your family here. They are constantly sending me complaints and nitpicking because I am young to the point I have gotten a complaint for my trash can not being brought up from the curb the day after trash day and a box on my porch. They try to extort as much money as possible from you. With $90 fees if your rent is late even by one day due to a NATIONAL PANDEMIC and never have before not once been late on my rent. If you ever have a problem you can’t get ahold of my he 24 hour maintenance and even if you do you still get charged for things that even in your lease say that is there responsibility and you did not even consent to them coming and working out on your home. I cannot wait for my lease to be up and be able to move out of here. This place is a joke.
