Best Western Palmyra Inn & Suites

Staff was very friendly. They were sometimes hard to locate at the front desk, but we're always helpful once they realized you were there. Cleaning staff might need some more training as they forgot to replace some stuff in both rooms we rented. Overall, very pleasant experience.

First room given was dirty, Second room could have been swept and bathroom cleaned better. Never again! No comparison to Hampton or Holiday Inn.ud83dudc4e

So far so good. Everyone is so nice. Room is very clean.

Wonderful experience , such polite and inviting staff and beautiful building and lots of accomodations.

Comfortable rooms. Nothing special. Off season so no breakfast and limited amenities.
