Hartman's Briney Breezes Beach Resort

Very nice place.. clean.. full kitchen. Nice bathroom.. no complaints. Staff very friendly. Terrific location. Hot water take awhile, but is hot. Booking.com says not pet friendly, which is what we prefer, but the was a guest with a dog. So you will deal with some barking. We will be back.

We booked this hotel last minute after dealing with nightmare scenario from a place down the road. Called ahead to check vacancy and chatted with the owner (Robert) about our situation, of which he was sympathetic to with a little classic New Yorker sarcasm (the sincere/endearing kind). Upon our arrival Robert upgraded our room to a deluxe suite with an ocean view--free of charge! The room was nicely remodeled with all the comforts you could ever want for a long weekend stay. We are so happy we ended up booking here and will undoubtedly book again in the future!

The owners are the nicest, most helpful, accommodating people!!! Really hooked us up when we were in a jam....in a newly renovated room no less!! Will definitely be giving this family business my business whenever I’m in Montauk

I will reiterate the other low star reviews that reference truly negative experiences with the owner Rob. Such an aggressive and bizarre experience that we called the police as we felt we were in danger. Google removed this review once - I invite google to contact me for specifics and report numbers etc. This is important safety information.
