July 17-24 I was pleasently surprised by the cleanliness and quality of this efficiency hotel. Am used to poor maitenance ect at this price but it was cleaner and more updated than some of the pricy hotels. The shower was very hot and had great water pressure and there wasnt even a trace of mildew which appeared new. All the towels ect appeared new. some of the plumbing appeared brand new as well. Had both microwave and minifridge which I used alot. I have dietary restrictions and bring my own tea so never make use of crummy hotel breakfasts anyway. Large flat screen TV which I didnt end up using. The only thing that could be better is that the wifi never connected. seemed too slow but I didnt have any work to do so used my laptop elsewhere. The AC was the only thing that appeared a bit outdated but worked great and I travel with earplugs. It appeared some people live here full time but they kept a regular schedule so there were no noise issues beyond 10ish. Owners were super accomodating and very gracious with the price.Also allowed me to see the room before booking. I stayed in the back row. Most of my family lives in the area so it was an ideal central location and I plan to be a regular. Thanks for a stress free and well rested vacation!

Clean, good size rooms. I stay here when ever I'm in town. Keep up the good work!

They have roaches and their rooms were disgusting and I won't give you your money back
