It was a awesome because the Beds are clean and nice unlimited food and owners are awesome and this is coming form a kid who goes here every year to visit someone so thank you very much.

Our January visit to Sandy Creek was for cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the area. There were 15 of us. Linda, our host did everything to make our stay comfortable. She could have crowded us all on the main floor but she placed some folks in the downstairs apartment, which gave us more room. Great hot showers, lots of breakfast food. Housekeeping every morning to clean up our breakfast mess. Each bedroom with it's own thermostat for comfort. comfy beds, warm blankets. Very clean. Easy access to Interstate 81. We'll definitely book again for next year.

Selected this place for a night to snowmobile tug hill region for the weekend. Everything at first was fine, the four of us got settled in. The owner had us pay up front because she didn't know if she'd see us the next morning. No problem with that. Went out riding with buddies and 2 of our snowmobiles broke down. The repairs could not be done that day on both snowmobiles so we both decided to go home and not stay the night. I called the owner explaining what happened and if we could get a refund for not staying the night. She mentioned to leave my number in the room she would call back later. I never received a call back later and was told by my two friends who ended up riding and staying the night that the owner complained and said me and my other friend would not get refunds and said we could get free stay at later date. Um OK the owner will never remember she owes me and a friend a free night. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN.

Great place to stay, very clean and roomy. I would definitely stay there again.
