Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury

We had a really great stay here. Very clean and well taken care of in addition, to a great location for shopping. We will be back for sure.

High quality place. Lobby clean and front desk service is good. Covid practices followed. Room very clean and spacious.nFridge and microwave was very nice. Lots of food delivery options available quickly. From fast food to high dining.nAmenities are nice. Pool and such. Lots of parking, very handicap accessible. Walking distance to lots of shopping.nI would highly recommend. Good value for the cost of the room .

If you're visiting West Point, there are much better Hilton and other brand options in the neighborhood. We've tried all the lodging options in this area when visiting USMA, including staying at this property twice, but I don't think we'll stay here again.nnI've probably stayed in more than 100 different Hampton Inns, and I've spent many more nights in other Hilton properties. The beds at this property are awful. They were never upgraded to modern Hampton standards, and the mattresses that are in place are worn out should have been replaced long ago. The result is a very unrestful night.

Quick super late check in. Helpful and polite staff.nnGood free wifi speed. Clean room. Clean facilities. COVID prepackaged type breakfast. I loved the shower pressure and toiletries. Close to shopping [walkable].nnOverall great for one tiny exception. The remote control/tv was not very redponsive and it was difficult to find Spanish language TV networks. Maybe the battery was dying. I should've ask the Night Auditor, but I didn't want to get out of bed. So, that was on me.nnBUT honestly will stay again.

Staff has been very helpful, but saying free breakfast is pretty misleading. Free breakfast buffet, like every other hotel, but it’s just a couple of prepackaged items like stale bagels and such. No water, but warm gross oj in a can.
