The people who work here are awesome! I brought my bike in for a tune up. It felt like a completely different, and much better, bike when they were done. I also needed new bike shoes and they didn’t have anything in stock I was interested in so they showed me a handful of their top recommendations online and then helped me find the exact shoe to fit my needs and I love them. I would have spent hours researching and looking online and been overwhelmed if I tried to buy shoes on my own but within 10 minutes they found the exact shoe I needed and wanted and had in the store within a few days. I highly recommend the bike shop. Small town feel with big city options. Best of both worlds.

Top shelf customer service, top shelf bicycle service. DJ and the crew at Xtreme Dakota Bicycles really do a great job. As long as they are an option, I won't even consider looking anywhere else for any of my bicycle needs and wants.
Friendly, excellent service. Very thorough tune-ups. Bought a new bike last week and they were patient and helpful with the decision making process. Not at all pushy. Love having this store here in Sturgis!
