They are the worst the absolute worst when it comes to guaranteeing their work. The 1st time roof leaked after new roof installed the man I talked to had me in tears but someone did come look at it. Said it was a pop up nail.. My roof has had more than 5 different leaks since. But because of the awful rude treatment I or someone else got up there and applied tar to several areas. Now my bathroom ceiling is about to fallfall. Called early in. AM said he would get back to me later in afternoon. Waited 8 hers called and finally talked to him. He was so rude. A decibel from yelling. Next to tears again. He won't return my calls. Am a disabled 61-year-old on low income and I will have to get up on roof myself. Do yourself a favor and run from Patterson general contractor! !!!!!!!!!!!
