Quality Inn

The hotel was clean, but the beds are the most uncomfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel before. I couldn't even use the pillows without waking up with a stiff back and neck. I won't be staying at this brand hotel again. I'd rather pay more for more comfort.

This rating is 3-Stars for a three star hotel chain. Spent two nights here in September. I called the corporate call center to book two rooms. 3 people in two rooms and the agent kept trying to put us all together in one room at a higher price. I kept saying two rooms and the agent became argumentative until I could get him back to understanding that we had two rooms. The weekend of my stay I arrived at the hotel and it's a two-story hotel WITH NO ELEVATOR. I have physical limitations which made getting my luggage upstairs an issue. The room was clean and beds were of average comfort but definitely not the queen-size beds they advertised. More like a full-sized bed.. I should note the shower flow was great. No restrictors here and it felt great...until someone flushed a toilet and the hot water was all that came out. This is a non-smoking hotel but the employees smoke at the emergency exits at the end of the first floor halls which leads the smoke to accumulate at the top of the stairwells and end of the halls. A bit stinky all the time. All-in-all I might stay here again as the cost for other hotel (Best Western Plus) was equal though I'd check there for accommodation first.

The room was clean. The hotel was well cared for and updated. The beds were hard, but clean. The breakfast was standard for Quality Inns. The coffee was the new instant. Not my preference and doesn't really taste like more than flavored water. The single serve in the room was better coffee.

The breakfast and the staff were the best part of our stay here. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The bed in our room was a king size that was old. It was like sleeping on plywood and sunk in the middle so my husband and i kept rolling down into each other. The sofa and it's pullout bed were as bad. The walls, paper thin. The young men in the next room were awake all night and so were we as it sounded like they were in our room with us. I will not be staying in any of their hotels again.

Nice and friendly staff, always made sure everything is okay.
