Country Meadows

This is actually a really nice, quiet place to live. However, I cannot recommend living here till they fix the incredibly poor water quality. This park is currently on well water. The water is orange and disgusting. It is not being filtered properly AT ALL. It destroys appliances and turns everything you wash orange. I've lost so much money replacing clothing and appliances, as well as trying to install filtered shower heads and filtered faucet heads to combat the terrible water. They also sent us a water report last year where they, yet again, failed the water tests. After several years of living here, the owners have still done absolutely NOTHING to improve the water. They do not seem to be interested in spending a single dollar to fix the issue, even after constant complaints from nearly everyone who lives here. Please do not rent or buy in this park, or the one behind it, till the owners do something to fix the poor water quality. If you do, you will regret it just like everyone else who currently lives here and is dealing with the water issue.
