Staybridge Suites Buffalo

This hotel goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests the staff is very friendly they are there at a moment's notice they have a nice little wine / beer snack evening social and their continental breakfast is phenomenal. Me and my family will definitely be staying here again.

Picked this hotel based on it being so pet friendly. I called ahead a few days prior to our check in to request a room near an exit. We ended up on the second floor right next to the exit which is perfect for nighttime potty trips for the dogs. There is a large grassy area behind the hotel for dogs to potty & run around. We booked a one bedroom suite and have had no complaints thus far and we’ve been here for two nights so far. Bed is comfortable, room is clean, and water pressure is awesome in the shower! As far as breakfast goes during COVID-19, they had a grab n go breakfast which was actually decent compared to other hotels I’ve visited during this summer. Warm breakfast sandwich(bacon or sausage, egg, and cheese)packaged muffin, yogurt, juice, milk and mixed fruit.

I have stayed at the Staybridge before. The manager has always been amazing. This time however the front staff was not very friendly upon arrival then when I checked out I called to the front desk to ask for someone to bring up a cart for me since I am currently 7 months pregnant and have 3 children. The front desk acted like this was the most bizarre request and said no one could help me. I know this is not true because if there is only one person at the front desk then they will have a maid or other staff member help. What happens if someone who is handicap stays here? Should they not stay here because no one can help with their luggage? Absolutely zero apology for the inconvenience.
