Hampton Inn Buffalo South/I-90

It's alright. Friendly service. Rooms are not well equipped.no fridge, no microwaves in the room. Heater and air conditioner are old. Floors are very sticky. carpet in the room is very dirty because your clean foot ends up becoming so dark after walking on that carpet...so do wear your socks.those carpets probably need a wash. They have good breakfast till 10am. As I said, they are friendly staff, just poor maintenance.

Very cold! By the time the room heated up the heat turned off! It is 21 degrees today and 9 degrees tonight, I hope we can be a little warmer. I read reviews about the breakfast buffet. It must have been prior to Covid. Not thrilled with this visit!

Very nice staff here, top notch very helpful. Rooms are being renovated, The only reason im not giving this hotel 4 stars is the room we bathroom smells like smoke also bathroom door doesn't latch, wall paper is peeling in the bathroom as well, Not sure why pool and gym isn't open maybe Covid reasons.... but other Hampton Inn have them open. My reason will not stop me from staying here again im sure staff will fix issues.I am a Dimond Member so I will continue to stay at Hilton properties.

Clean and courteous! Staff was very accommodating

First room i was sent to on the 5th floor the whole floor smelled like pot. I heard a party going on so I changed rooms. The room on the second floor had stains in the bathroom and the wallpaper was falling off
