La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lackawanna

The owner was really rude, we swiped our card trying to get in the side door the morning after we stayed as we went to the car. we swiped card and pulled the door and the guy came to the door cussing at us saying we was pounding on his door which was definitely not the truth. He tried to shut the door in my face and told us to leave after my husband stayed there all week due to his semi breaking down. When we checked in they had to switch our room cause the fitted sheet was dirty they are short staffed and place is dirty. The officer had to come and tell them to give us our money back and stated that they were recently there due to his ignorance.

Unexpected extra charge when I had my wife and daughter. No major chain does that anymore. Only 2 bath towels even though a room with 2 queen beds. Ran out of coffee in AM and had to brew another pot. I would have expected they'd have another ready to go. Comfort inn in Hamburg is a better option for less.

Remodeled Hotel in the expanding need for simple amenities. And relaxation close to near by Industry and Business.

The front desk was very pleasant and formative I just wish that these hotel chains would break the myth that everyone loves a firm mattress I wish a president would ask himself would he sleep on these mattresses at home I don't think so That's where Marriott gets a leg up on la Quinta and I'll hotel chains we all love pillow tops it doesn't have to be a pillow top but good lord better than a board with a piece of cloth on itI had a hotel to sleep doesn't matter what paintings on the wall you guys would still weigh Marriott's business if you change your mattresses lol

A good place for a night and nice view, the sunset was so cool from my window, it’s great place to sleep
