Rock Oak Estates

I was looking to get one of the older trailers and was going through a different Real estate agent. I was about to put a down payment and they denied my application. The real estate man working through rock oak didn’t even look at my paystubs to see how much I was making. I wanted the older trailer but he was trying to get me to buy a newer trailer and being a student I thought the older one would be more affordable. I told him how much I was making and he said I’d be able to afford the newer one but when I went for the older one he denied the application because I didn’t have enough for each month . Seems to me he just wants the older trailers out and wants to make new ones to makenMore money. Terrible experience.

Yeah, I work there. I never had any problem there. I'm in lawn maintenance. The residents are friendly. Very quaint.

Horrible internet service. You're restricted to in-park-internet if you want to use cable based internet. They try to sell you an overpriced modem/router. Highest tier plan is 80/5 Mbps, and we've never gotten 80 Mbps. The best I can get is 61 Mbps.
