Super 8 by Wyndham Norwich

No elevators. No luggage trolley. Small rooms. Not much counter or storage space. On the plus side, convenient location for me. Clean room. Friendly staff. I stayed 5 days. If I only stayed 1 night I would rate higher. So it depends on your length of stay

My stay was good because my room had all of the amenities that I was looking for. However, I was told by the concierge when I checked in that there would be no charge for my dog Lucy who's a service animal. This woman clearly lied right to my face and made it seem very convincing. Mind you, I'm a disabled veteran who has PTSD and my dog has to be with me. I also didn't like the fact that the room key card reader for the back door was tempermental, there was a beep in the second floor hallway that wouldn't go off and guests made noises going in and out of their rooms during the night. Also, I was charged for the Wi-Fi which was supposed to be free. How deceptive. Would I stay here again? Probably not. There's other choices in the area.

I have always loved this hotel super 8, I have been coming here quite a few times just to break away from where I do stay at. They always seem to treat me nice. Anything that you need they will get it for you or else coming to fix any kind of problem right away. I'm here at Wyndham hotel again super 8, and this is the poorest service I have gotten this makes two times, I arranged for a smoking room last night, I get here and they say they don't have a smoking room for me, I have to go out side the door to go smoke cigarette, so I went ahead and also got two cans of soda, since they don't have a soda machine, hey hey, and I hand over a 20 to pay for the cans of soda, and then the lady at the desk asked me if I had anything smaller than a 20, I said no I don't, so then I said what happens if I want more sodas later, the lady just shrugs her shoulders at me, and I said I guess I had to take a taxi to go to the store to get sodas, and again she shrugs her shoulders, it pisses me off, never again.

The hotel was fine, although there was lots of trash in the parking area. Staff were friendly

Not perfect but very accommodating staff, good location and not expensive
