Hilton Garden Inn Albany/SUNY Area

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton property. The two women I interacted with at the front desk were extremely kind and accommodating. My suite was clean, the elevators were fast, parking was ample, and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had booked a suite from this hotel for my parents as a little getaway trip. I made sure I booked the room with a jetted tub. However, the day of the reservation, we get a phone call AFTER my parents had already left to the hotel and drove over an hour saying the room is unavailable due to 'maintenance'. How ridiculous... wouldn't it make more sense to make sure everything is ready in the room before the reservation? I had booked the room a whole two weeks earlier, yet we get told this the day of our reservation. If we were told a day or two in advance, okay but the day of, when my parents had already left and began driving to the hotel? Nonsense.

We booked a reservation for a Suite with the jetted tub. On the day of our reservation, on our way to the hotel, we get a call from them saying that our Suite that we had booked, is not available and that they can only give us a standard room because there was a 'maintenance issue'. We had already drove over an hour on the way to the hotel and they waited last minute for something like this. Shouldn't maintenance be scheduled days before the date of the room being booked? Keep in mind we booked the room 2 weeks earlier than our reservation date and we still had this problem! Doesn't make sense... definitely won't recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won't come back again.

This place is great and all the staff was nice. Only lowered it to 4 because the shower water decided to go strait down instead of actually like coming out.

The suite was clean, and so much more. The jacuzzi was ideal.
