Mrs. Shannon the Assistant manager was very accommodating to our situation. So polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there if ever in the area.
Such an incredible little hotel! Nice clean rooms and super friendly staff! I left something very valuable in my room at check out and called and they had found it and held onto it for me. Good honest folks and the hot tub in my roo. Was heaven after driving all day. Great price great pleace and the manager has the sweetest fat kitty thay came and saud hello in the morning. Bot new or 5 star but absolutely awsome spot to rest your weary bones!
Truck went into Engine-derate needed seek service ASAP.... limped her in to nearest dealership I could find. Service department at KW was closed on sat and need place to rest till Monday. Checked in the Americas Best Value Inn where I was Greated by Very professional staff with clean rooms and Great hospitality. Thank you A.B.V.I for taking care this Trucker in need.
Shannon is probably the best hotel host I've ever met
I really enjoyed staying here and found the place to be quite pleasant. The room was cozy and very clean and the price was just right. The manager (Stephanie) and her staff were all very professional and accommodating with my needs. I'll definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you!
