The experience itself was fun & we enjoyed trying all the different games! The doors were locked for the actual area, and it was very unclear how to get in. When we finally got hold of staff, it was way past our scheduled slot, and they informed us our time would be cut short even though it was due to nobody being available to let us into the room. However, we ended up being able to stay for our entire time as no one was scheduled after us, and we had fun!
Zero stars, zero music, Zero fun. TopGolf should remove their name from this place. I would imagine this is what golf was like before Tiger Woods, it's that plain. Only one set of clubs there to barrow so if someone else is using them you're out of luck. Employees don't wipe down the clubs in between customers even during COVID. Bar isn't open, no food to order, and have to park in a ramp. Game system takes a while to load game play. I was in the middle bay of 3 and didn't have any problem with shots registering. That was the only positive thing I can really say. My recommendation is to save your money and go to the real TopGolf.
