Extremely nice hotel and staff. The room, despite being small, made excellent use of the available space and the shower was much larger than the other hotels I have stayed at. The staff were very nice and greeted us every time we walked through the door. The usual guy behind the desk (perhaps the manager) took the time to show us where to park the car in the parking garage and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times now and it’s very nice! Very clean, easy to find, close to the interstate and public transit. At my stay they offered free valet as well.nnI also really enjoy using my phone as a room key. It was optional but I thought very worth it.

We made reservations online for a 2 night stay. Prior to arriving to MN we tried contacting the hotel by phone but there was no answer for 30 minutes on two occasions. We were able to add a night by the app which took under 5 minutes. We arrived to the hotel after doing an online check-in with no detail on where the parking is or how to access the building due to no posting from the hotel. The room detail on what is available is not up to date on the website as the restaurant and Starbucks downstairs are closed due to COVID. In the hotels defense most of MN businesses are not up to date on their websites either. The room doesn’t have a microwave but we were able to get one from the front desk. The hotel staff John and Ken were extremely accommodating and professional which ultimately made our stay better. 3.5 stars if I could do it, but a 4 for the boys.

We have two boys attending the University of Minnesota. We love the convenience to campus. Enjoy the secure parking, if you check in early enough. Great rooms. Really comfortable. Great price for the location!

I'm a Hilton Honors member, and with their app, I was able to check in on my phone, use my phone as my room key/exterior door key, and check out on my phone; never needing to actually go to the front desk. I called the front desk to inquire about paying for parking, and they just added the charge to my room.nParking is wonky. Very small lot that fills up, however, there's a lot attendant which I appreciate. No room service or resturant service at this time; which is happening at many hotels due to the pandemic.nRooms were spacious, modern, nice and clean, great bed, huge TV. Housekeeping staff were very friendly (only staff I interacted with my entire stay.) Very convenient location right off of the freeway. Will stay again.
