Shawn was awesome. I came in not expecting to buy anything and just learn about options, but he was super knowledgeable and helpful, and didn’t make me feel dumb for being a newbie. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my bike outfitted properly and provided recommendations based on his own experience.

I was very skeptical about buying a bike from you guys and I am glad I was. I only bought a bike from you guys because you had the one I wanted not because you guys know how to properly maintain and tune a bike. I am glad I took the bike home and properly tuned it. I know how to properly tune a bike unlike the people at your shop down in dinkytown. I expected this from you guys though so I am not disappointed. If I did not take the time and properly tune my bike my chain would have fell off and got behind my cassette and bend my rear derailleur and damage my spoke. I dont expect much from a bunch of college kids carelessly putting bikes together at your dinky town store. I saved myself alot of time and money having the knowledge that I have with maintaining bikes. Its to bad for the rest of the customers that dont have the knowledge I have that you continuously screw over. I bought a $1600 dollar bike and this is how you treat a guest!
