Me & my Wife normally goes to the South location but this Trip to the Mayo clinic we decided on The North location. It was clean but could use more cleaning far as the smells but overall it was Fine. The Front Desk lady in the morning always seemed under the weather or just not friendly. But it was a young lady named Teka who was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She made sure me & my Wife we're as comfortable as being home & she made staying there worth coming back.
Mayo Clinic rate is great. Internet is now almost useless. Can browse the web, but can't keep my work VPN up for more than a few seconds. Maybe if you pay for premium internet it would be better, but I just used my cellphone as a hotspot. Every time we stay, a non-handicapped car is in the handicapped spaces. Complained this time, but car is still there. Snowed today, had to shovel the front path myself so my wife could get in with her walker. They seem VERY short staffed this year. Closed caption doesn't work on TVs either.
I cant complain we just use it for sleep n front desk worker are nice they dont bother us n very helpful when we need their help
Very nice place. Rooms clean. Mattresses were to hard, like sleeping on the floor other wise wood be a 5 Star.
I had an emergency and they were very compassionate about helping.
