Friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility, quiet stay, and reasonably priced.nnWe were incredibly happy with our stay in April of 2021. We felt safe and comfortable with how clean the facilities were. The amended breakfast offerings still had a variety and we were happy with the choices.nnWe had a problem with the air conditioner in the room we booked and the front desk staff was super helpful. When the suggested fixes didn't help she was more than happy to suggest we change rooms so we were comfortable.
Amazing!!! We stayed during my trip to Mayo. The shuttle was SO helpful, the gentleman who drive us was so delightful and friendly. The facility is super clean, the breakfast attendant was super nice and friendly. Johnny checked us in and was the best service we have ever received at any hotel. We didn’t have a microwave in our room which was an issue with my kidney problems I need a heat pack which warms up in the microwave. He was able to find us a microwave and helped us to change rooms ❤ufe0f above and beyond service from every single person I’ve met here. With covid it’s essential to be clean and especially with a lot of mayo patients but it’s so clean and such a nice facility. I would absolutely recommend staying here especially if you are being treated at mayo.
We stayed for a family gathering in the Rochester area. The Staff was great and the rooms were very clean and prepared. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the bag service but hopefully after the pandemic restrictions are lifted, Hampton can return to their normal services. I would stay there again .
Very clean and new. The suite we got was only $5 more than a regular 2 queen bed room. And it was HUGE...could have done a little ballroom dancing in there! Very quiet, beds are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and kind. The shuttle to Mayo was very nice as was the driver. Would stay there again.
Hampton Inn North in Rochester is a super clean hotel. The staff are amazing and friendly. The shuttle to the Mayo was excellent, on time and very clean. I will only stay at this hotel when I am in Rochester.
