My experience at Rochester Cycling was excellent. I was searching for a specific bike and Rochester Cycling was the only location in MN with it in my size. The process was very smooth -- they had the bike ready for me to test ride when I arrived. I worked with Andrew and he demonstrated the best ways to get on/off the bike (first time with drop bars!). After the test ride, he ensured I had all the things I wanted/needed (lights, bike lock, water bottle cage, etc.) -- making recommendations along the way. I ended up selecting a different bike seat and we went back outside for another test ride to ensure it was the right fit and Andrew adjusted the height, as well. Overall, I definitely felt like I got personalized service, which resulted in confidence in my new bike & accessories. I've already recommended this shop to many friends and will continue to do so. I'm a lifetime casual bicyclist but I purchased my first serious (expensive) bicycle from Rochester Cycling at the one-year anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was a bit apprehensive making such a large purchase while being unfamiliar to the bike world, but the staff at Rochester Cycling made me feel totally comfortable and cared for. My over-excitement to start biking again was even catered to, as workers took less than a day to get my bike built. I ordered my bicycle via the Rochester Cycling website and found it very easy to use and appreciated the option to pay with my credit card in person. I highly recommend the store for cyclists of all levels and look forward to working with them on future tune-ups.

I went to Rochester Cycling looking for a bike for my 6 yr daughter. They had a great selection to choose from that included quality and price. They are not pushy at sales either but rather they are there to answer your questions. Great experience. Thanks again.

To say I have had an excellent experience with Rochester cycling and Matt is an understatement. He has gone above and beyond with his quick response to any issue I have had with my initial bike & later with another bike after the first was stolen (probably only 10 hours after he had gotten it is ready to ride!) He is very responsive to issues and very understanding. I highly recommend him and his team there at Rochester Cycling.

Best bike shop in Rochester! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and take the time to listen to what you need. I recently had a lot of work done on one of my bikes, and also had a new bike assembled for my wife. Work was done in a timely manner and the price was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
