My friend and I planned a trip to Minneapolis for a girls weekend and decided to stay at they Hyatt. We had a change of plans and wanted to cancel our stay. I had booked my room through reservations.com and they told me I couldn’t get my money back if I canceled. I called the Hyatt and talked to Matt. He was AMAZING! Very helpful and took care of the cancelation and will be getting my money back. When we come up to Minneapolis next time, I will 110% be staying at the Hyatt. Matt was extremely helpful and took care of my needs. Much appreciated!!
Amazing customer service and truly care about their members. Had to cancel my stay due to changed plans. The General Manger Matt did everything in his power to get my refund back through the 3rd party booking. I am so grateful and will definitely be staying with them again. Thanks so much Matt!!!
Literally the best hotel I've ever been in. The living room was awesome! Words cannot explain my experience. Going to stay home there next weekend. Love this place!
Beautiful, great location but found some water bottles and trash. I wasn't even looking hard and there is was on the floor.
I'm here with two very good friends, so sweet of them to have me join them in their lovely suite, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to visit ud83dudc4dud83cudfffud83dude0c
