Overall a nice hotel, beautiful lobby and room. However, an overwhelming smell of marijuana was in the hallway on my floor and at times made its way into my room/bag/clothes. I had a couple friends staying on other floors that also had this experience, and they ultimately switched to a different floor that had a better smell. Wish I would have done the same. But overall a good experience, and loved being able to check out from my phone.
Staff were incredibly friendly, rooms were nice, and loved the lounge for breakfast and snacks. Plus the hotel bar had great craft cocktails. I also was sent a cheese platter to my room which was very sweet and much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
Hotel staff are fantastic, always smiling and quick to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location!The big GIANT negative is no microwaves- you can rent one but that is ridiculous- if you have them... make them available for your guests! ud83dudc4e
Unfortunately this hotel isn't doing what it needs to do in regards to security during this difficult time. There was one security guard on duty and he was young and clearly not very experienced. Very disappointing that Hilton doesn't take that more seriously right now. In previous stays this place was AMAZING, but they're missing the mark on the biggest need, keeping people safe.
My son, his fiancée and I stayed for a special weekend as we shopped for wedding dresses. The hotel was so clean, decorated tastefully, and the staff was more than helpful. Parking was easy in the ramp.nThank you Hilton! Delightful stay!
