Freewheel Bike

I really appreciate how I was greeted as soon as I walked in to grab the bike I put a deposit on. I was quoted a week for a build, but the team got it together in less than 24 hours (amazing)!nnI purchased a cage and upgraded pedals and they were installed promptly - also amazing. It’s a 30 minute drive to this location from the burbs, and I would prefer to come here going forward to service all of my Trek bikes.nnThank you all for being so great in the midst of the busiest bike season. I cannot begin to fathom how you can pull off such great service when things are this crazy in your industry. Thank you! Thank you!

Great service, they had the bike I was looking for. We had the pleasure of working with Marcy who are as very knowledgeable, personable and took good care of us even as the store was incredibly busy. All the staff were great but we’d go back to this store just to work with Marcy!!

Nice bike shop within downtown minneapolis, probably one of better bike shops with a quite a few affordable options if you are looking for an entry level bike. Extremely helpful staff as well willing to answer questions you may have for what you are looking for. Definitely will be heading back there in the future for additional attachments.

Marcy helped me so much in the search for my first road bike from showing me every option in my price range to fine-tuning the seat height during my test ride once the bike came in stock. She answered all my last minute questions during a busy Saturday and made me even more excited about my purchase. We were helped by both a newer staff member and a very experienced staff member. They both went to great lengths to help us decide on a long-term bicycle for our teenager. We wanted something that will get her through early adulthood. They helped us decide on what was appropriate for the types of terrain she encounters, and took the time to educate us on newer technologies that we weren't familiar with. We did not feel hurried or pressured, and feel very happy with our purchase. We were able to purchase new accessories, as well as take some accessories off of her old bike. They even gave us recommendations on where we could donate her old bike.
