pretty cool place for the price. wish they would put some disposable tooth brush & paste in the bathroom. over all i like this place

Very disappointed, family often stays here usually 3-4 times a year and never an issue; however, this time specifically asked when booked reservations if their hot tub was available, they replied yes. Upon arrival to hotel, elevator out of service and hot tub no longer in service. Will not be returning and disappointed as we considered it our reliable lodging when visiting MN

We have stayed at this particular Hampton many times because of family in the area. Needless to say, this stay will be our last at this particular hotel. The elevator was not operating. It would have been great to have an email ahead of time letting us know this. Glad we were only on the second floor. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to ask about the elevator, just a sign. To keep in line with social distancing, when we came back from being out we went to the side door to go up the stairwell. The card reader outside the door was broken so we had to go around to the front to go in. And again, there was no one at the front desk. There were other small issues but these were our biggest concerns. Sorry, Hampton but this particular place seems to not be keeping up to par with stays in other Hampton Inns.

This Hampton unfortunately does not meet the expected standard at this Hilton hotel. Check in was to be contactless but we were told more info was needed which required a stop at the desk when an email would have quickly addressed the concern. No one is attending the front desk so you are required to call for assistance. We picked our room on the app but then were told that room was not available and we were placed on a different floor. The carpet drapes etc are terrible dated and dark and also there is a stale 'dirty' odor due to the age. Ice machine is out of order requiring going 2 floors down. Landscape is not attended. The nightly rate was low which we assumed was due to demand but now know it is because of the poor quality. Pass this one by!!
